As a Customer Advisor, you call not just to sell, but to guide, educate, and optimize the customer's financial journey from start to finish.

In the role of Customer Advisor, you are the customer's trusted hand throughout the process. You work with existing cases where your job is to guide the customer through decision-making and follow-up. You are responsible for transforming an application into a sustainable solution through qualified advice.

Your main tasks:

• You talk with incoming applications (inbounds) and act as expert support throughout the customer journey.

• You analyze the customer's needs in depth and present tailored solutions that make a real difference.

• You drive your own cases forward and ensure that the customer feels secure at every step, from the first contact to closure.

• You build long-term trust and serve as the link between the customer's challenges and Plus1.

• You have previous experience in sales or advisory, preferably within Banking & Finance or insurance.

• You are used to handling customer dialogues and enjoy using the phone as a tool.

• You are fluent in both Swedish and English.

• You are results-oriented but always prioritize quality and the customer's best interest in every decision.
